What we collect

When you apply to a role: your name, email, phone number, resume, and anything you write in the application message. When you submit a hiring inquiry: your name, company, email, phone, and what you tell us you’re hiring for.

What we do with it

We use it to do the thing you asked us to do: match candidates to roles, or match employers to candidates. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone outside that process without telling you first.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and hiring inquiries on file so we can follow up about future roles that might fit — you can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Your choices

• Ask what we have on file for you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw an application at any point before a role is filled.
