A&C International Resources Inc.,   Chairman
George U. Augustin, Chairman of our sister company Augustin International Center Inc.., was established in 1992 as an overseas employment agency. Its first projects were mainly Middle East companies and in the first year alone, it successfully provided hundreds of workers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Since then, AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC. has been one of the most outstanding recruitment agencies in the country, registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (S.E.C.) and recognized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (P.O.E.A.) and Department of Labor and Employment (D.O.L.E.). It has deployed thousands of workers in Middle East, continues to be one of the leading and reliable overseas recruitment agencies, and became popular to local job seekers.

Paul Y. Chua Ph.D, President of Masagana Marketing Management & Consultancy has been in the human resources business from year 2000.

Masagana Marketing Management & Consultancy is a local recruitment agency for hotel and restaurant staff, sales and marketing staff, engineers and factory workers for manufacturing companies. Dr Chua is an Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from De La Salle University, Bachelors of Criminology graduate of the University of Lasalette and a Masters in Customs Administration graduate of Philippine Maritime Institute. He was also a scholar of the National Defense College of the Philippines. He also finished his Doctor of Philosophy (Peace and Security Administration) with Bicol University.
